Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Project Lead! In this pivotal role, you will serve as the North America Transportation Subject Matter Expert (SME), playing a crucial part in integrating a global TMS strategy into our North American operations.

Your efforts will be essential in driving efficiency and fostering innovation within our transportation processes.

Key Responsibilities:


* Strategic Expertise: Leverage your specialized knowledge to support priority supply chain transformation projects, including:



* Transportation Load Planning Process Optimization: Enhance load planning for transportation to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.


* Freight Audit Pay (FAP) Process Optimization: Streamline freight auditing and payment processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.


* Master Data Management Process Optimization: Improve management of critical data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and accessibility across the supply chain.


* Technical Design Capability for Supply Chain Communication: Develop technical solutions for communication methods such as Advance Shipping Notices (ASN), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and Application Programming Interfaces (API).


* Coordination of End-To-End Control Tower Supply Chain Visibility Milestones: Manage inputs and outputs for a centralized view of the entire supply chain.

Project Management: Oversee weekly progress on transportation strategic project milestones, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

Operational Implementation: Play a key role in startup teams, managing tactical project milestones to ensure smooth execution.

Financial Alignment: Accurately calculate savings targets to align with financial reporting methodologies, contributing to overall budget accuracy.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with transformation teams to proactively develop strategies for upcoming supply chain changes.

Qualifications:


* Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.


* Experience: 5+ years in Transportation Management, with experience in both domestic and international shipments preferred.


* Languages: Advanced proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Skills Required:


* Digital Transformation: Proven experience in leading digital initiatives within the transportation sector.


* Supply Chain Tools: Proficient with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), particularly Manhattan Global, and experienced with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.
