NDT Technician 3rd shift

Duties & Responsibilities:


* Ensure compliance with Company Repair Station Manual/ Quality Manual        


* Analyze, Interpret, evaluate and document NDT inspection results in accordance with company procedures, work instructions, applicable standards, specifications and procedures


* Record inspection, test data and statistics manually or with the aid of a computer or computer-based system


* Use of comparators, micrometers, scales and calipers


* Ensure completeness of work in process documentation


* Read, interpret and set up applicable NDT equipment


* Read and interpret all inspection data and customer requirements


* Embrace/implement continuous improvement and lean principles in all activities


* Ensure compliance with Quality Manual

Requirements/Qualifications:


* High School diploma or equivalent, and 1-2 years related experience.


* Must be able to speak and understand English. 


* Ability to determine and implement the most practical and economical method of using tools, gauges, fixtures and parts.


* Skilled in reading and interpreting complex blueprints. 


* Knowledgeable of machine shop practices. 


* Maintains accurate paperwork and records.  Proficient in shop mathematics, including decimals
