Regional Director of Sales - Skilled Nursing
Westminster Communities of Florida, a nationally recognized not-for-profit organization is searching for a Regional Sales Director for Skilled Nursing. Since our founding in 1954, Westminster Communities of Florida has been a leader in senior living.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts across multiple skilled nursing facilities, within a Life Plan Community. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and exceptional interpersonal skills. This candidate will also possess a strong working knowledge of technology used in healthcare referrals and strong CRM management skills. This role is crucial for driving growth, building strong relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailed to the skilled nursing sector.
* Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Establish and maintain productive relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
* Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and market alignment.
* Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.
* Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
* BA or BS in business or related major.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of sales leadership experience in the healthcare or skilled nursing industry.
* Strong understanding of the sales process and market dynamics in the healthcare sector.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
* Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed (40%).
