What You'll Do: As a Nurse Unit Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the nursing unit, overseeing the clinical care of our residents and leading a dedicated team of nurses and support staff.

You'll be responsible for:


* Supervising and providing guidance to nursing staff, ensuring they adhere to clinical best practices and facility protocols


* Managing patient care plans and collaborating with physicians and specialists for tailored treatment plans


* Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and quality standards


* Promoting a culture of teamwork, compassion, and resident-centered care


* Assisting in staff training, development, and performance evaluations


* Acting as an advocate for residents, their families, and the healthcare team

Who You Are: We're looking for a Nurse Unit Manager who is not only a skilled healthcare professional but also a natural leader with a passion for providing top-tier care in a warm, welcoming environment.

You'll need:


* Valid Registered Nurse license


* Previous experience in long-term care, including leadership or supervisory roles
