Physical Therapist

Shadelands Post Acute Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis.

Our facility focuses on delivering the highest quality care to our patients, with a current patient base that includes 59 Medicare patients and no long-term care residents.

As a member of our rehab team, you'll be part of a collaborative environment where we strive for excellence in patient care.

Qualifications:


* Active physical therapist license
