The Opportunity
* Create content including graphics, videos, and written posts.
* Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
* Attend events and produce live social media content.
* Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand voice and messaging.
* Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement.
* Establish and maintain relationships/networks of industry professionals or influencers on social media.
* Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
* Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices to continually enhance campaign strategies.
* Contribute to marketing campaign measurement, reporting, and analysis.
* Support team members in various tasks related to digital marketing initiatives.
* Conduct research on digital marketing trends and competitor analysis.
* Collaborate with the Marketing Team and local MOOV Team to align social media strategies with business goals.
* Collaborate with cross functional team members and stakeholders to support the development of marketing materials such as collateral and campaign assets.
Required Experience and Competencies
* Minimum 1+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business required.
* Experience with paid social media advertising required.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
* Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g.
Hootsuite, Buffer, Mega Business Suite) preferred.
* Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
* Ability to analyze social media insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
* Ability to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it.
