JOB SUMMARY:

As a Product Owner (PO), you will play a critical role in leading technology transformation and building business capabilities that allow Combined to compete in the market and deliver leading customer experiences.

The Product Owner will be aligned to the Claims Organization primarily focusing on following key strategic objectives:


* Auto Adjudication: Deliver refined auto adjudication rules and logic to improve straight through processing, customer experience and claim decision accuracy.


* Workflow System Redesign and Enhancements: Deliver improved/redesigned workflow functionality to automate, streamline and simplify claim handling processes


* Communication/Letter System Replacement: Deliver user-friendly, and personalized experience for users that will simplify the process of composing, formatting, and sending letters while incorporating modern technological advancements as we grow and expand product offerings and customer service needs.

The Product Owner will partner with business owners and stakeholders across Combined to successfully deliver the project, from defining requirements and designing solutions to articulating acceptance criteria and executing testing.

This includes driving the end-to-end digital product lifecycle to achieve business outcomes aligned with strategic priorities and corresponding objectives.

The PO will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality work product via faster/shorter iterative cycles.

They will be responsible for driving decision-making and removing impediments to the team's progress by influencing key stakeholders, engaging with other POs to manage interdependencies, and escalating issues appropriately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:



* Own end-to-end product lifecycle, including visioning, research & data gathering, planning, execution, and measurement; accountable for the quality of work product and overall outcomes produced by the multidisciplinary team throughout the lifecycle


* Develop, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap and backlog to drive speed-to market and business impact


* Articulate opportunities and design target journeys and solutions, balancing multi-disciplinary inputs and competing stakeholder priorities with achieving business outcomes


* Monitor dependencies and risks, and actively work with relevant stakeholders to mitigate or resolve
