Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Job Location: Los Angeles, California

We have an exciting opportunity for a LOGISTICS COORDINATOR who will be responsible to coordinate the movement of customers goods, data entry and customer service.  In addition, you will prepare, issue and submit documents necessary to complete the shipping process and provide clients with advice concerning terms of delivery.

The position will be located in our LAX facility.

Key Responsibilities:



* Coordination between all applicable parties for domestic, export & import shipments while ensuring service commitments are achieved and maintained in accordance with client and company objectives.


* Prepare, issue and submit documents necessary to complete the shipping process and provide clients with advice concerning terms of delivery, payment, insurance and all other freight services.


* Ensure that invoices of rendered services are completed accurately and in a timeframe consistent with company policy.


* Tracking, tracing and document imaging functions.


* Customer service and updating of customer profiles.


* Data entry utilizing many software systems 

Skills / Requirements:



* US Citizen


* 1-5 years in Logistics


* Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency T3 Clearance (DCSA)


* Government contracts and ITAR experience preferred


* Proven track record in customer service


* Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentations)


* Proficient computer skills: Microsoft (i.e.

Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook, Teams)

Pay Range: $23.36 - $31.02 / hour (commensurate with experience)
