The salary range posted represents the low and high end of OSI's salary range for this position.

Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience and performance.

Base salary is one component of OSI's overall total rewards package.

Other components may include bonuses, special pay programs, comprehensive time off, 401k with match and a full suite of benefit offerings for you and your family.

This role is responsible for coordinating recruiting efforts across assigned locations and /or departments for a variety of administrative through mid-level management positions throughout the organization.

Processes job requisitions, sources and evaluates candidates, advises hiring managers, extends offers, coordinates relocations and conducts orientations.

Responsible for administering the college relations and Summer Internship Program.

This role is responsible for evaluating, implementing, and managing the company's compliance with regulatory requirements/guidelines, applicable laws, industry standards and internal policies to prevent illegal, unethical, and/or improper conduct within the organization.

The Corporate Compliance Officer (CCO) ensures that the organization operates within the applicable legal framework and mitigates potential compliance risks.

The CCO will also provide strategic direction on compliance matters, monitor adherence to internal and external standards and report results of the compliance efforts of the organization and CCO's guidance to Senior Management on matters relating to reporting and compliance.

The Corporate Compliance Officer, together with the Corporate Compliance Committee, is authorized to implement all necessary actions to ensure achievement of the objective of an effective ethics and compliance program.

Compliance Program Development & Management:

• Evaluates, designs, implements, and manages a comprehensive ethics and compliance program that aligns with the company's operational and regulatory needs.
