Upstream Planning Leader - Tlaxcala 2

* Organize and optimize the procurement of components with our suppliers using Schneider Production Systems principles.


* Manage supplier forecast accuracy and monitor upstream Supply Chain performance.


* Lead containment, corrective, and preventive actions using the 8D methodology to address supply chain issues.


* Implement rules and principles for effective supplier management.


* Who will you report to? Supply Chain Planning Manager.

Qualifications



* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Engineering, or related field is required.


* Strong background in ERP systems is required (SAP experience is preferred).


* Previous experience in scheduling and planning.


* Ability to identify opportunities for cost, time, and effort reduction within a system.


* Desire to lead peers through progressive change.


* Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
