We are looking for an administrative assistant to assist the Administrator and DON with administrative support as well as resident appointment transport.

Ideal candidates will have the following:


* CPR/First Aid Certified preferred, can be obtained before hire


* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.

Workday experience is a plus


* Clean driving record/license required


* Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities at once, keeping everything running smoothly.


* Attention to Detail: Ensuring that tasks are completed correctly and thoroughly, whether it's handling documents, scheduling meetings, or managing correspondence


* Communication Skills: Both verbal and written communication need to be clear, concise, and professional, as administrative assistants are often the point of contact for clients, staff, and management.


* Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information discreetly and responsibly.


* Team-Oriented: Ability to work independently but also collaborate effectively with others in various departments or roles.


* Previous experience in a nursing facility is preferred
