Position Summary:

Digital Marketing Specialist (DM) is responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute digital projects and campaigns across various platforms within the Czech Republic and in the other countries within the CEE region (upon the agreement and tasks split).

Responsibilities:


* Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns or other agreed activities to achieve specific business objectives, including brand awareness, customer acquisition, and lead generation.


* Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, (email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and content marketing, social media).


* Manage and maintain company websites - CMS system - (for PET, VET portals), ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.


* Cooperate with local marketing teams and advise and help in creating engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and eCommerce.


* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.


* Collaborate with internal teams (Global, local marketing), sales, to ensure consistent brand messaging, design and content and seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints.


* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to continuously improve campaign performance and drive innovation.

Basic Qualifications: 


* Bachelor's degree (IT or Digital Marketing preferred),


* Proven work experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role,


* In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques,
