What you will do:

This internship is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your career.

We need our future intern's support in the following areas:


* Tender document preparation
+ Organize and maintain sourcing database
+ Contact external stakeholders e.g.

energy supplier
+ Create RFP (Request for Proposal) documents from the gathered data in excel spreadsheet
+ Provide recommendations for improving the sourcing process
+ Report to supervisor


* Supply contract management
+ Pick up requests in internal system about site closure/site opening
+ Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to arrange changes to supply contracts
+ Check provided contracts prior to sending them out to signature
+ Internally administer the changes in the systems
+ Report to supervisor


* Budget 2.0 Project
+ Data alignment of multiple surfaces e.g.

internal database, supply contracts
+ Data analysis
+ Gather missing information
+ Follow up with internal stakeholders e.g.

other operational teams
+ Report to project lead


* AI Support
+ Support in testing and training AI enabled tool to improve sourcing processes

What we need from you:



* Ongoing studies in a university in Hungary; active interest in energy management


* Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status


* The main languages for this position are English and Hungarian, therefore advanced and active knowledge is essential (both spoken and written)


* You have confident digital skills, good knowledge and experience with MS Office, MS Teams, Excel (knowledge of basic formulas, able to work with data)
