As a Maintenance II for our Distribution Center, you are responsible for ensuring all equipment in a specified area of the distribution center is working properly.

Day-in-the-Life of a Maintenance II:


* Remain knowledgeable of the equipment and operating systems in a specified area of the distribution center.


* Properly use and maintain the tools and equipment utilized in the work area; ensure the work and shop areas are clean.


* Requisition materials, supplies, and parts from vendors for the operating equipment.


* Review Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) procedures to determine the type of materials and equipment that must be in place for efficient operating conditions.


* Oversee repair assignments, preventative maintenance, equipment installation, and troubleshooting to minimize the down time of machinery in a specified area of the distribution center.


* Perform process and logic control programming on all utility equipment to ensure the conveyor system is operational; maintain all related documentation; back up all programs.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50+ lbs.
Ability to speak, comprehend and read English in the written form required.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), preferred.
Minimum 1 year warehouse experience and or Industrial maintenance experience, required.
