Upstream Flow Supervisor

Material Management & inbound logistic cost:

• To ensure on time delivery from supplier to factory without impact to production planning with high level of customer expectation.

• Supplier Forecast for raw material, production plan, manpower, capacity advance based on customer demands resource by Kinaxis system, SAP EPR.

• PO management to supplier without miss/excess PO or aging PO.

• Control Air/Sea cost, group shipment to optimize logistic cost

• System parameter: validate, audit system to enhance accuracy data

Inventory Management: material planning with right level of inventory with bottom up target from global to factory.

• Define safety stock level, make target and tracking actual GR and consumption to make sure inventory protection happen

• Manage Unhealthy stock, Aging stock, Provision, obsoletes to make sure utilize and the smallest scrap cost.

• Design optiflow program for material: Kanban, JIT, MR, consignment to increase service level to supply to production & Inventory Optimization

Supplier Management

• Supplier performance in term of delivery, quality, Leadtime & MOQ reduction.

• Supplier safety stock level to define and track to make sure right level to avoid shortage and excess stock.

Improvement Projects

• Regional Strategy Drives to Plant • Upstream Dashboard alignment • KPI owner,

Supply chain KPI management

- Ensure SCM's KPI are achieve target

•Collaboration with customers in term of demand and supply sharing

•Respond between production scheduler and customer is on time

•Inventory & Unhealthy stock reduction both plant and DC

•Ensure reduction of LT with our supplier

•Ensure good SAP parameters especially new projects

•Drive team on process improvement by align with SPS requirement

New project transfer

•Coordinate with project leader for demand analysis

•Coordinate with sourcing team for new materials reparation

•Coordinate with up stream/down stream in term of readiness

•Stocking policy and inventory parameter

Logistic flow improvement

•Study logistic flow of supply chain for future improvement in term of lead time, transportation cost, privilege, etc.

Leadership skill

•Manage team to align with plant requirement

•Ensure ENPS in team

* Education: Degree in Industrial, Management, International trading


* Job Related Experience: Minimum 5 Years


* Business Understanding: Good understand with Schneider Products and Supply Chain Goals


* Others (e.g.

language skills, technical skills): SAP (MM), Kinaxis, Good Analyst and Negotiation, Team management
