What You Will Do

Engineering Co-ops are to help support innovation, process efficiency, equipment reliability, and quality assurance, with a large overarching focus on compliance, safety, and health.

At Koch, you will gain real-world, hands-on experience, with the opportunity to tackle significant projects, problem-solve, and take ownership of their work.

Our co-op program seeks talent from many disciplines including (but not limited to):



* Chemical Engineering


* Electrical Engineering


* Industrial Engineering


* Mechanical Engineering


* Process Control Engineering


* Pulp & Paper Science Engineering

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Enrolled in a Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering degree program.


* Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
