We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN), CTL to:


* Direct and lead nursing staff to ensure optimum patient care, efficient operations, quality service and sound financial management.


* Facilitate and participate in daily interprofessional rounds.


* Continuously assess unit needs by ensuring adequate resources for current and upcoming shifts.


* Mentor others to grow professionally and advance their knowledge and skills.

Qualifications



* Baccalaureate degree in nursing or ADN and achievement of BS in nursing within 5 years of hire Required


* Baccalaureate degree in nursing Preferred

Work Experience



* 2 years of experience in Surgical Services setting Required


* 3 years of experience in Surgical Services setting Preferred

Licenses & Certifications



* Operating Room - Neurosurgery- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations Required
