Logistics Supervisor

Guardian Glass is looking for a Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Richburg, SC!

In this role you will be responsible for supervising hourly equipment drivers, supporting plant assets, and overseeing warehouse operations.

What You Will Do



* Lead and manage individual performance through vision setting, one-on-one coaching, and performance feedback


* Oversee daily truck and load planning to ensure smooth operations


* Prioritize the safety of all employees and visitors to the facility


* Coach and mentor team members to achieve safety, quality, and logistics goals


* Provide leadership in performance management and corrective actions for the assigned crew


* Implement continuous improvement processes using lean methodologies to enhance plant performance


* Collaborate with planning, third-party logistics, and customer service to optimize load requirements


* Partner with the supply chain team to meet and exceed customer expectations

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Supervisory experience in an industrial, warehouse, manufacturing/production, or military setting


* Familiarity with inventory control processes


* Experience in logistics, including scheduling/receiving deliveries and Less Than Truckload (LTL) operations

What Will Put You Ahead



* Knowledge of drop yard operations


* Experience with warehouse cycle audits and inventory management systems


* Familiarity with warehouse management software
