We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Leader to join our team.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for servicing milling and molding machines, as well as all auxiliary equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.

You will play a critical part in upholding standard operating and production procedures, prioritizing safety, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the Maintenance Department.

Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive maintenance support across all areas of operation, focusing on both preventative and reactive maintenance efforts.

You will also oversee building maintenance to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all staff members.

Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to facilitate efficient operations, smooth workflow, and exceptional quality output.

To excel in this position, you must possess a robust working knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, hydraulics, welding, HVAC, and boiler systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


* Possess a strong maintenance ability and aptitude to control downtime by effectively troubleshooting and diagnosing problems quickly and accurately to maximize equipment availability.

Troubleshooting includes large hydraulic pumps and valves, motors, air compressors, hydraulic machine controls and the ability to read hydraulic schematics, electrical schematics.


* Monitor, inspect and service company equipment and machinery, including mechanical and electrical components.


* Perform preventive maintenance duties and the upkeep of maintenance records.


* Perform routine daily setup and adjustment of all production and auxiliary equipment.


* Complete changeovers on production lines by following changeover check sheet and recommend modification to the sheet.


* Capable of performing welding, small fabrication, and designs to correct root cause failures using maintenance shop instrumentation and equipment.


* Perform building and facilities repair and basic building maintenance.
