Job Responsibilities:


* Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans


* Implement therapeutic interventions to improve residents' mobility, strength, and daily living skills


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care


* Educate residents and their families on therapy techniques for continued progress


* Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

Qualifications:


* Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license in California


* Strong clinical skills and a passion for helping patients regain independence


* Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with staff and residents


* New graduates and experienced therapists welcome!
