Job Duties:


* Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' functional abilities and develop tailored treatment plans


* Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' strength, mobility, and independence in daily activities


* Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed


* Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes


* Maintain accurate records of all evaluations, treatments, and discharge summaries


* Adhere to all Orchard View Post Acute policies and state regulations

Requirements:


* Current Occupational Therapist license


* Strong clinical and communication skills
