What You'll Do:


* Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.


* Assess resident needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor resident responses.


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care and ensure optimal outcomes.


* Educate residents and their families on health-related topics and provide emotional support as needed.

What We're Looking For:


* Current California RN license in good standing.


* Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.


* Strong clinical skills and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.


* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
