Trade Support Analyst

As an Analyst within The Managed Platform Services (MPS) team, you will support the cross line of business eco-system for Managed Accounts.
This is a highly visible role that requires quick thinking, attention to detail, and thoughtful risk mitigation at all times.
This is a fast-paced environment.
The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a continuous improvement mindset by participating in the manual process inventory reduction goals of the team.
Job Responsibilities:
* Support the user community in all aspects of the platform ranging from trading to day-to-day issues/support.
* Managing data such as: reconciliation, data quality issues, golden source data
* Working directly with Product Owners to prioritize resolution of system defects.
* Support daily inquiries, integrate content to assist management maintain KPI's.
* Gather, analyze, synthesize, and interpret large data and information, drawing conclusions and making recommendations for process enhancements.
* Serve as a 1 st point of contact for the LOB user community.
* Assist management to identify key business risks on the platform and drive resolution of mitigating controls.
* Help support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables.
* Ongoing procedure and process analysis to account for changes to the flow.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
* At least 1-2 years of experience in the wealth management/asset management industry or in a supporting role
* Investment management expertise/experience or security lifecycle is required.
* Knowledge of multi-asset markets, products and processes required.
* Proficiency in Citizen Developer tools such as Alteryx & Python will enhance the capability of the candidate.

* Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving resolution.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex solutions.
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills, meticulous and strong people skills
* Be a collaborator who shows commitment and dedication and can maintain a positive attitude and prominent level of performance on high profile/time-sensitive initiatives.
* Proficient to advanced experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Monday, SharePoint, One Note and Word
