Your Role: Operational Excellence Associate

This role leads and participates in cross-functional teams, focusing on shop floor training support and continuous improvement on the shop floor aligned with company priorities.

You will actively champions a culture of lean continuous improvement on the shop floor and throughout the organization.

This position interacts daily with a wide variety of people, including employees, external vendors, other training personnel, and site management.

Your Responsibilities:


* Use instructional design theories, tools, and techniques to create/ revise learning material such as job aids, On-the-job (OJT) tools, Instructor-Led, and/or Computer-Based Training (CBT).


* Work with shop floor team to identify and implement solutions using kaizen, 5S standard work, waste elimination, process improvement projects, training to improve shop floor execution.


* Provide support to process teams for problem solving and performance improvement


* Participate in site projects as necessary.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications):


* High School Diploma or equivalent


* 2 year degree or equivalent training in an industry setting


* Familiarity with cGMPs

What Will Give You the Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):


* Knowledge of implementing operational excellence in vaccine manufacturing or shop floor experience.

Additional Information:


* This position is a day position working a 5x8 schedule with overtime as needed.
