We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join the team as a Project Principal Planner in our Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne offices.

The Principal Planner will be responsible for for managing planning teams using both internal and external resources to deliver professional schedules for our projects.

Our projects range from small to large technical services packages with high levels of system integration and are often on construction sites or within operating Data Centers.

The project planner will initiate, develop and maintain project schedules for all large projects, supporting the project managers and technical resources to implement consistent and accurate project schedules and associated reporting functions.

The project schedules will follow the Schneider Electric Customer Project Process (CPP) and will enable clear monitoring and visualization of progress, budgets and resource requirements.

Responsibilities


* Work as part of the DC RAC PM team, attend team meetings, 1 to 1 sessions with manager, project managers and other stakeholders to achieve deliverables and outcomes


* Deliver project schedules to achieve desired outcomes


* Manage project schedules to ensure progress reporting and forecasting enable margin improvement


* Ensure compliance to the Schneider Electric Customer Project Process


* Manage Risk and opportunity across all projects via the project schedule


* Maintain a high level of Customer Satisfaction
