What You Will Do

The Commercial Leader is responsible for uniting the Nordic cluster to inspire and empower through purpose to unleash the full potential and capabilities of the region.

Key Responsibilities

• General management of total Nordic cluster including, but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Finance and R&D

• Lead the Kenvue Way & Promise ensuring that culture is at the forefront of decision making

• Effective prioritization of local resources across Sales & Brand Activation to reflect both short and long-term business priorities

What We Are Looking For

• Experience of Consumer Health/OTC portfolio of products

• Experience of operating in a sales and general management type role

• Ambition to be a future global leader

• Creates a vision and builds integrated strategies that generate sustainable value for Kenvue

• Advance innovation in products, processes and or business models

• Ensure the planning and execution of all activities will achieve Northern Europe OKR's and priorities

• Multi-country experience preferable

• Experience of changing customer environments, channel challenges and the need to ensure strong customer development.

• Experience of uncovering local insights to strengthen hub-driven strategic initiatives

• Experience of evolving a business post change, creating a longer-term strategy while also meeting the yearly commitments.

• Experience of being able to identify potential/new business development opportunities.

• Experience of executing brand plans in line with agreed portfolio and brand prioritization, adjusting the plan where necessary.

• Implementation of Retail Excellence initiatives including:

o Development and implementation of strategic portfolio management across the portfolio of brands and channels including pricing.

o Development and implementation of "perfect store" executional guidelines for all key accounts with relevant KPIs
