This position is responsible for leading the integration and execution of analytics which generate new business insights and uncover growth opportunities for the US Invega LAI franchise.

This position plays a leading role in advising and counseling management in the development of new and existing business strategies and as a result, shares accountability for business results.

The position will partner closely with Strategy, Analytics, & Transformation matrix partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

o Identify, design, and execute integrated analytics which inform marketing and sales strategy and tactics.


* Leverage data sources to address key business questions and uncover business opportunities.


* Build new insights and actionable recommendations and influence business partners at all levels to incorporate in decision making.


* Explore new insights and processes to drive and measure growth of Invega LAI franchise

o Ensure seamless integration of analytics from national and subnational levels across key data sources to evaluate business performance and impact of marketing and sales tactics.


* Identify and develop metrics to measure and monitor performance through automated dashboards


* Seek opportunities to standardize and simplify metrics for Schizophrenia Reporting Hub
