Cornell Pump Company is seeking a Production Planner to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth production operations by coordinating schedules, materials, and workflows to meet demand.

You'll work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to keep everything running efficiently while identifying opportunities for process improvements.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Clackamas, OR, with a schedule of 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

The salary range is $65,000 - $80,000 DOE.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

As the Production Planner, you will be responsible for the flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments of manufacturing, and the scheduling of production operations by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


* Evaluate job orders, product specifications, and inventory levels to establish efficient allocation of materials, machines, and workflow sequencing.


* Coordinate with production personnel to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize operations.


* Develop work procedures, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow to meet production deadlines.


* Collaborate with Sales to accommodate schedule changes and ensure timely order fulfillment.


* Generate and maintain purchasing buy lists to support procurement activities.


* Issue clear written and oral instructions to production staff.


* Assign duties and inspect work for accuracy, organization, and adherence to policies.
