Wound Care Nurse - Full-Time
Location: Bridge Crest Post Acute
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: LPN: $32 - $44 per hour | RN: $39 - $54 per hour

Bridge Crest Post Acute is seeking a skilled and compassionate Wound Care Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our team full-time.

This role is ideal for a dedicated nurse with a passion for providing excellent wound care and improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:


* Assess, treat, and monitor wounds to ensure optimal healing


* Implement and manage individualized wound care plans


* Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care


* Educate staff, residents, and families on wound prevention and care


* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications:


* Active LPN or RN license in Washington


* Experience in wound care preferred


* Strong assessment and critical thinking skills


* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
