Location: Bridge Crest Post Acute
Schedule: PRN, Friday-Saturday-Sunday
Pay: $32 - $44 per hour

Bridge Crest Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Admissions Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a PRN basis.

Responsibilities:


* Oversee the admission process for new residents, ensuring a smooth transition


* Conduct initial assessments and document medical history


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans


* Provide education and support to residents and their families


* Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and facility policies

Qualifications:


* Active LPN license in Washington


* Experience in admissions or skilled nursing preferred


* Strong organizational and communication skills


* Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
