Are you a passionate and driven Speech Language Pathologist ready to make a difference in the lives of patients? We're looking for an enthusiastic professional to join our team! This is your chance to help patients regain their ability to communicate, thrive, and live life to the fullest while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you'll have the unique opportunity to evaluate patients, create dynamic treatment plans, and work closely with other health professionals to improve patient outcomes.

Here's what makes this role exciting:

* Timely Evaluations: You'll evaluate patients within 24 hours or one business day of physician referral—because you know that early intervention leads to the best outcomes! If there's ever a delay, you'll document and keep everything transparent in the medical records.

Your expertise will help guide the treatment, ensuring it's always in line with the physician's plan, and you'll make a real difference in the lives of patients.

* Leadership and Supervision: You'll have the opportunity to supervise Speech Language Pathologist Assistants in their patient care and activities, ensuring they are aligned with state practice guidelines.

Your leadership will inspire and guide the team to deliver exceptional care.

* Be Part of a Team: You won't be working in isolation! You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team, communicating closely with supervisors, nurses, and other healthcare providers to discuss patient progress, plans, and any challenges.

* Continued Learning: You'll have the chance to share your knowledge by participating in in-service training programs, helping other staff members at the facility grow and learn about the latest in speech therapy techniques.

* Dynamic Documentation: You'll be responsible for recording evaluations, treatment notes, progress updates, and recertifications—always in accordance with the Speech and Language Pathology Board State Practice Act and payer requirements.

Your documentation will help improve patient care and support the team in achieving great results.

* Caregiver Empowerment: You'll work with patients' families and nursing staff to teach valuable skills for maintaining progress post-therapy.

Whether it's family training or developing maintenance programs, you'll empower others to help patients maintain and build upon their gains after discharge.

* Mentorship Opportunities: You'll have the chance to act as a clinical preceptor for clinical fellows and students, shaping the next generation of Speech Language Pathologists through guidance and mentorship.

What a rewarding opportunity to share your knowledge and grow the profession!

* Discharge Planning and Mobility: As part of your care ...
