Lead, Salesforce Analyst

Key Responsibilities:


* Conduct manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.


* Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.


* Perform API testing to validate integrations and data flow between Salesforce and external systems.


* Write and execute SQL queries to analyze data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.


* Identify, document, and troubleshoot defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.


* Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium or similar frameworks.


* Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve testability and quality.


* Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices to enhance testing processes.

Qualifications:


* Proven experience in Salesforce administration and QA testing.


* Strong understanding of API testing concepts and tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).


* Proficient in SQL and data analysis techniques.


* Experience with automation testing frameworks and tools.


* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


* Strong communication and collaboration abilities.


* Technical mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:


* Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce QA).


* Familiarity with Agile methodologies.


* Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
