* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university


* Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

* This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Prefer the bachelor's degree is in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field required.


* 5 years of Human Resources experience


* Familiarity with human resources information systems and applications and demonstrated proficiency in computer software programs.


* HR experience in a manufacturing environment.


* HR experience at a large global corporation that includes partnering with an HR Shared Services function.


* Experience in a HR rotational development program at a large company.


* Knowledge of California employment laws.


* Proficient with Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Excel.


* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
