This position reports to Head of Commercial KSA and is based in Jeddah, KSA

What you will do

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic leadership and vision

• Lead the overall strategic direction and execution of the business in TT

• Develop and implement business strategies for market expansion, including identifying new opportunities, optimizing existing customers panel and enhancing portfolio offerings to rive growth

• Establish short and log term business goals and lead the team to achieve there objectives in alignment with the broader Kenvue strategy

Market Expansion and Business Development

• Identify and capitalize on new subchannel trends, distribution channels and partnership opportunities within the Traditional Trade channel to drive growth of Kenvue products

• Manage and optimize relationships with key stake holders, distributor partners and key wholesalers to increase product availability and market share

• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for existing product range, ensuring a strong market presence and high customer engagement

• Oversee channel/customer entry strategies considering consumer preferences and competitive edge

P&L Management & Financial Oversight

• Take full ownership of the P&L for the traditional trade channel, ensuring profitability, driving financial performance through effective cost management and revenue growth

• Monitor financial performance, analyze KPIs and provide regular reports to senior leadership on the status of business performance, including sales, market share and profitability

• Develop pricing strategies tailored to the customer/region, ensuring competitive positioning while maintaining profitability

Team Leadership & Distributor Management

• Lead, motivate and develop a high performing distributor team

• Mentor and coach team members, fostering their growth and development through training and leadership development programs

Stake Holder management and Customer focus

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
