Job Title: AM Shift Dietary Aide

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated AM Shift Dietary Aide to join our team at McKinley Park Care Center.

As a Dietary Aide, you will play a crucial role in assisting with meal preparation and serving, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area.

Responsibilities:


* Assist with meal preparation, including cutting, chopping, and assembling ingredients


* Set up dining areas and serve meals to residents according to their dietary needs and preferences


* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas


* Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleanup tasks


* Follow all food safety protocols and regulations


* Communicate effectively with dietary staff to ensure smooth meal service


* Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families

Requirements:


* Prior experience as a dietary aide or similar role is preferred but not required


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment


* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team


* Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities


* Availability to work AM shifts, including weekends and holidays


* A positive attitude and a passion for serving others
