Molding Shift B Operator

Your Job

Production operators are responsible for production and assembly of scheduled parts while ensuring they meet quality and production standards.

We create an environment that fosters learning and development to provide you with the necessary tools/skills to make a meaningful contribution to the facility while always prioritizing safety.

What You Will Do

o Monitor quality of parts by performing standardized inspection and following all standardized work instructions

o Operate various work machines as needed

o Observe and comply with all safety guidelines

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

o Ability to read, write and understand English.

o Ability to stand or walk on concrete floor for 8+ hours; lift and/or move up to 30 lbs

o Requires hand, arm, back, and leg strength; Also bending and squatting ability

o Must have eye, foot, and hand coordination, and be able to do repetitive grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine motor manipulation

o Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures & perform work indoors / outdoors as needed
