Logistics Manager - Warehousing and Demobilization

DEPCOM Power is hiring a Logistics Manager focused on Warehousing and Demobilization.

This role is focal in ensuring the efficient movement and management of materials, focusing on our warehouse operations and demobilization processes.

The position is remote, but requires 75% travel to our warehouses across the U.S.

It is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship.

What You Will Do



* Oversee and manage logistics operations related to warehousing and demobilization, ensuring efficient material flow and asset management.


* Organize inventory processes, manage material issuing to crews, and ensure a seamless material transfer process.


* Conduct regular audits and provide detailed reports to track materials, preventing delays and ensuring accurate inventory levels.


* Maintain effective communication with carriers and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.


* Continuously seek opportunities to improve logistics processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


* Previous logistics experience with an understanding of planning, material management, and inventory tracking systems.


* Ability and willingness to travel 75% of the time to various warehouse sites.

What Will Put You Ahead



* Previous experience in construction logistics.


* Experience in operating material handling equipment.


* Experience in solar construction logistics management.


* Demonstrated experience leading teams as a Foreman or in a similar capacity.

For this role, we anticipate paying $85,000- $110,000 per year.

This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
