Data Assurance Clerk (Aerospace manufacturing) (Cudahy, CA)

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) Cudahy has an immediate opening for a qualified Data Assurance Clerk in our Quality Department.

This Individual will provide administrative support to the dimensional inspectors and quality department.

Individual will maximize productivity at minimum cost of assigned department(s) and offer support and direction inspectors to meet company productivity and quality objectives.

The associate will work under the direction of the Quality Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:


* Generate FAI reports for engineering evaluation in accordance with AS9102C forms and customer requirements.


* Use of Net-inspect software to make FAI'S reports for final customer evaluation and approval.


* Scanned and electronically filed quality documentation for traceability and audit readiness.


* Ability to use Discuss software, create Inspection Instructions, and verify history record.


* Assign project's tasks to other inspectors and follow thru on-time completion.


* Managed multifaceted clerical tasks including documents filing.

Data Entry utilizing internal software.


* Demonstrate ability complete and accurate data entry, Flexibility, high-quality work, detail and organized.


* Ability to learn new concepts, positive work ethic, and able to multitask without compromising quality work.


* Responsible for maintaining and organize documented procedures, certifications and perform other document control functions.

Pay rate: $20-24
Schedule:


* Monday-Saturday 5:00am - 1:30pm


* Overtime as needed

Qualifications


* High school diploma or equivalent.


* 1-2 years of experience in a foundry/manufacturing environment


* Intermediate Computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Suite, knowledge of Statistical Process Control, Organizational Skills


* Ability to learn or have an understanding of measuring tools to check product specification a plus.


* Bilingual/Spanish a plus
