Job Responsibilities:


* Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans


* Implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength, coordination, and functional mobility


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care


* Educate residents and their families on therapy exercises and progress strategies


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications:


* Active Physical Therapy (PT) license in California


* Strong clinical skills and a passion for helping patients regain independence


* Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with staff and residents


* New graduates and experienced therapists welcome!
