Your Role: Global Student Programs Coordinator

As the Global Student Programs Coordinator, you will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, to assist student-focused programs primarily for the United States.  In this role, you will support the Director of Global Student Programs in various operational tasks to ensure an outstanding recruitment process and meaningful internship experience.

Your Responsibilities:


* Manage Intern Travel Process- Complete necessary travel forms and serve as the main contact for students, coordinating all aspects of intern travel arrangements.


* Background Checks and I-9 Verification for Students: Conduct thorough background checks and verify I-9 forms for student employees, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.


* Own Master Calendar for Career Fair Events- Maintain and update the master calendar for career fair events (including registration and payment of event), ensuring all dates and details are current and communicated effectively


* Create and Own Communication for Gem and Handshake/LinkedIn- Plan and execute Gem/Handshake events, managing all related communications to ensure successful engagement. 


* Manage CPT/OPT Letter Process- Oversee the entire Curricular Practical Training (CPT) and Optional Practical Training (OPT) letter process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):


* Education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent for country


* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative role.
