직무내용
1)원자재관리
• 원료입고 및 원자재 보관관리
• 원료 이동 및 칭량
• 충전자재 이동 및 불출
• 포장자재 이동 및 불출
• 반제품 이동

2) 조제공정
• 제조지시서에 따라 조제작업 수행
• 여과용 필터 준비
• 제균필터 및 이송라인 멸균
• 여과작업 수행

3) 설비유지관리
• 작업장의 Line Clearance 수행
• 생산장비 일일점검 수행
• 기체여과용 필터의 Integrity Test 수행
• Hepa filter leak Test 등의 Qualification 수행
• Calibration 지원

4) 제조위생관리
• 작업장의 청소 및 소독
• 생산장비의 세척
• 방충방서관리
• 작업장 온,습도 모니터링

5) Operation Excellence
• 6시그마,린생산을 활용한 현장개선활동
• 5S수행 및 8대낭비 제거
• 프로젝트 수행 및 참여

Job Description
1) Raw Material Management
• Raw Material Receipt and Raw Material Storage Management
• Raw Material Movement and Weighing
• Filling Material Movement and Issue
• Packaging Material Movement and Issue
• Semi-finished Product Movement

2) Formulation Process
• Perform Formulation work according to manufacturing instructions
• Prepare filtration filters
• Sterilize sterilizing filters and transfer lines
• Perform filtration work

3) Equipment Maintenance
• Perform Line Clearance in the workplace
• Perform daily inspection of production equipment
• Perform Integrity Test for gas filtration filters
• Perform Qualification such as Hepa filter leak Test
• Calibration Support

4) Manufacturing Hygiene Management
• Cleaning and disinfection in the workplace
