OVERVIEW :

The Senior Director of Evernorth Health Systems Services Technology is responsible for overseeing all aspects of software technology delivery for CuraScript SD.

This role serves as a key partner to all businesses within Health Systems Services, including Verity and other current and future entities.

The position plays a crucial role in optimizing resources, developing team members, and collaborating closely with business leaders by attending their staff meetings.

Additionally, it involves increasing the knowledge base and identifying and maximizing synergistic opportunities with Pharmacy+ and Evernorth.

Will lead the overall strategy, design, delivery, and management of technology personnel and resources to support CuraScript SD (CSD) and serves as a key partner for all other entities within Health Systems Services (HSS).

A primary focus is to identify and maximize synergistic opportunities between CSD/HSS and other businesses within Pharmacy+, encompassing both process and technical capabilities, especially as the business grows organically and through potential inorganic opportunities.

This role independently interfaces with key senior leaders and stakeholders from the business, functional operational areas, and broader technology applications, architecture, operations, and security teams.

The position holds ultimate accountability for ensuring that business and technology needs are met on time, within budget, and with the agreed-upon scope.

The Senior Director will also develop a technology staffing and location strategy that meets the current needs of the CuraScript business while positioning the organization for greater flexibility and responsiveness to future needs of the broader Health Systems Services organization.

Specifically, this role leads an organization comprising two directors, 115 personnel across multiple cities, and a $50M portfolio.

Given that the CuraScript SD primary office is located in Lake Mary, Florida, it is expected that the leader in this role will be present in that office as appropriate.

The products under this leader's accountability include all CSD assets and environments, including both legacy (TPS) and strategic capabilities (SAP Hana4), Fusebox, HUB Services, and all other capabilities supporting CSD and HSS now and in the future.

This role will work with all levels of business, ensuring the deliverables align with business outcomes, with measurable results.

The leader will be set both short-term and long-term vision while collaborating with multiple technology, operational, security, audit, and business development partners.
