Job Description

Within Services capability of Schneider Digital / Digital Customer Relationship (DCR) practice, As part of the End-to-End Digital Customer Relationships, Field services and digital services are the key growth areas in Schneider Sustainability Journey.

Schneider Electric seeks an experienced Business Analyst for the Customer Engagement Portal.

The role involves gathering, evaluating, and translating business requirements into Functional Stories, collaborating with UX and Technical teams to design the solution.

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM processes is essential.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Key Responsibilities:


* Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Java and Angular.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.


* Implement containerization and orchestration solutions using Kubernetes and Rancher.


* Utilize GitHub for version control and collaborate with team members on code reviews.


* Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability and security.


* Write and maintain unit tests and integration tests using SonarQube for code quality.


* Leverage GitHub Copilot to enhance development efficiency and code quality.


* Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and user experience.


* Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to apply innovative solutions.

Qualifications

Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.


* Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on Java and Angular.


* Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Rancher).


* Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.


* Familiarity with version control systems (GitHub) and CI/CD practices.


* Knowledge of code quality tools like SonarQube.


* Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.


* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:


* Experience with microservices architecture.


* Familiarity with DevOps practices.


* Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.


* Understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
