Position Title: Senior Manager - MCCB - R&D

Experience: 6-10 years

Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical)

Key role and responsibilities:

Design & Development in MCCB Basic group

Life cycle management of MCCB

Analysis : Structural, Thermal, dynamic, and kinematic analysis using FEA

Experience on cost reduction/value engineering project

Resolution of issues related to product performance, application, and customer complaints.
Functional Competencies:

3D Modelling (Proe Creo), experience in Plastic and sheet metal

Design and development of switchgear products, Understanding of Electromechanical design.

Co-ordination with CFT

Understanding of Six Sigma tools, technical standards related to LV switchgear (IS/IEC - 60947-1 and IS/IEC - 60947-2 preferred)
