Responsibilities:
* Facilitate the monthly billing process and serve as a liaison between Accounting, Market Analyst, and PM.
* Analyze, communicate and provide project reporting to the PM and the project team; including budgets, spent and planned labor, and expenses.
* Resource planning assistance and project revenue projections.
* Consultant coordination; including set up, contracts, insurance compliance, and expense tracking.
* Project system set-up, maintenance, and close-out.
* Manage contract administration.
* Ensure project insurance remains current and within the guidelines of the project contract.
* Compile and calculate data for fee proposal development.
Minimum Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess strong financial ability, with excellent analytical skills to assess, interpret and organize data.
They must be detail-oriented and efficient in meeting deadlines, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Proactiveness and self-motivation are key traits, especially in identifying financial discrepancies and providing solutions.
The candidate should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary as are strong written and verbal communication skills are required, particularly in conveying complex financial information.
Candidates must possess experience in business accounting and project administration functions.
Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate or advanced level is a must for financial analysis and reporting.
