Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

Mobile application


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage all aspects of digital marketing activities, including marketing planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns, online marketing, mobile app design, web/app analytics, digital media strategy, eDM, CRM, paid search, SEO, promotions, social media, and in-store activities.


* Plan and implement digital marketing strategies to boost mobile application traffic by tracking monthly active users and overseeing all aspects of mobile application analytics.


* Collaborate closely with mobile app developer tailored to each persona .Ensure excellent user interfaces and features, optimized for mobile platforms.


* Monitor task queues and issue logs, allocating resources to ensure on-time completion of tasks and resolution of issues/bugs.


* Accurately estimate the duration of design, development, and testing tasks.


* Plan content for online platforms such as Line OA, the company website, social media platforms, and mobile applications.

Ecommerce digital marketing


* Measure on report Performance of all digital marketing campaigns and asset against goals (ROI and KPIs)


* Identify Trend and insight and Optimize spend and Performance


* Collaborate with Internal team for Creative, Content and Optimize customer journey


* Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate media performance and end to end marketing funnel across multiple Channel and customer touch point


* Collaborate with Agencies and Platform partner (Shopee, Lazada, etc.)


* Proactively feedback latest and critical e-customers' comments for uplifting service quality and shopping experience.

Qualifications

Qualifications:


* Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Information Technology or a related field.


* Good Command of Written and Spoken English.


* Experience with Mobile Applications Basic Design Skills in UX/UI


* Experience managing Digital media for business/ ecommerce Business


* Hands on experience with Social media advertising Platform, Campaign planning, analysis, and Optimization


* Proficiency in digital media KPIs tracking and Online analytic is a must


* Experience in Both digital creative development and digital marketing across multiple channel and Platform
