Your Role & Responsibilities:


* Process payroll for staff on a timely and accurate basis


* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all payroll regulations


* Assist with onboarding new employees, including handling paperwork and system updates


* Support HR-related tasks, including benefits administration, employee relations, and performance tracking


* Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies


* Assist with recruiting efforts, job postings, and initial applicant screenings


* Handle confidential information and adhere to privacy and compliance standards


* Work closely with other departments to support employee engagement and well-being

What We're Looking For:

✔ Previous experience in payroll processing and human resources
✔ Strong knowledge of payroll software and HR systems
✔ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, but not required
