Nursing Assistant - Surgical Services
Work Schedule : Shifts are based on the department's operational needs and will be discussed during the phone interview.
Pay :
* External hires may be eligible for up to a $3000 sign on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).
* NA Positions include a weekend and evening/night shift differential.

We are seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA, NA) to:
* Assist with activities of daily living, patient transport, intentional rounding, stocking, and ordering equipment.
* Be knowledgeable and assist with room/equipment preparation prior to surgeries.
* Coordinate preventative equipment maintenance in accordance with safety standards.
* Help maintain high patient care standards in a surgical services setting.
* Interact and engage with visitors, patients, and their family members to establish a trusting relationship to provide high quality care.

Education
* Graduate of State of Wisconsin approved Nurse Aid Training Program Required
Work Experience
* 1 year of recent experience as a Nursing Assistant Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
* Listed on the State of Wisconsin Nurse Assistant/Home Health Aid Registry Upon Hire Required
* BLS/CPR certification within 3 months Required
