Indus Chapter Leader
Desirable: Knowledge of SPS Lean Manufacturing, PMP, PEP, or Six Sigma
The Indus Chapter Leader is responsible to lead all OCP projects with OIL Team in terms of industrialization aspects in the most complex projects on PP products.
Resource planning, Project management, Effective Stakeholder management
He/she is required to co-ordinate the various activities and Chapters including GSC to ensure Hub Business deliverables & Industrial KPI's and deliverables are reached and achieved on time, for the projects he/she has been assigned to.
Optimize products & SCM processes, ensure that the industrial process and logistics supply chain are available and drive production to achieve the quality/cost targets and on time delivery for Transfer Projects.
Functionally manages a team of industrialization engineers and CFT team during a Localization project.
This is a significant supporting and coordinating role in relation to Existing offers with Cost analysis Facilitating the successful completion of deliverables as per OLM Guildlines
• Ascertain business and departmental requirements for the development of a project plan using Work Breakdown Structures.
Especially on Localization Projects
• Liaise with the Offer Strategy team, League Leaders to ensure integration of plan to overall project plan
• Help establish and define best industrial/supply chain scenario before Do Gate.
• Provide major input into the Do Gate report
• In conjunction with Industrialisation Director and other managers, secure project schedules
• Development of a cross functional project team
• Manage industrialisation project schedule
• Monitor and report project industrial KPI achievement and implement corrective/preventative action as needed
• Perform risk analysis and ensure appropriate action plans are implemented to tackle issues appropriately.
Organize product final qualification with all stakeholders, and make sure necessary documentation is created to handover responsibility to production facilities.
Qualifications
Essential: Advanced Diploma in Industrial management (Mechanical, Manufacturing or Electrical)
Desirable: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing or Electrical),Advanced or graduate Diploma in Project Management.
Essential: Minimum 15 years' professional experience in a similar industry.
Desirable: Experience in the Electric /automotive industry, supply chain knowledge with Management skill.
Essential: Understanding of industrial costing, project management, multi-cultural business.
Desirable: Knowledge of SPS Lean Manufacturing, PMP, PEP, or Six Sigma
