Continuous Improvement Expert Warehouse or Logistics

Are you ready to drive transformative change and operational excellence within a dynamic plant environment? We are seeking a dedicated individual to take on the pivotal role of Warehouse/Logistics Transformational Leader.

Reporting to the Plant Transformation Leader, you will play a key part in implementing standard processes and driving continuous improvement in warehouse and logistics practices.

What will you do?


* Implement effective warehouse operations processes to control the receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of products, systems, and services to customers.


* Ensure proper support during deployment phases and foster a culture of continuous improvement.


* Develop and establish acceptable standards with defined limits of variation, focusing on continuous improvement, ergonomics, capacity, investments, cost analysis, and performance.


* Implement operational techniques to monitor efficient setups that optimize resource utilization and inventory management.


* Establish processes to ensure accurate storage, delivery, dispatch of orders, and up-to-date stock control systems.


* Follow up on the warehouse/logistics transformation action plan to deliver results, focusing on critical improvements and maintaining momentum for expected outcomes.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.


* 5+ years of experience in a leadership or continous improvement role in Warehouse/Logistics or a related field within a manufacturing environment.


* Proven project management capabilities.


* Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
